Volunteers needed! Find sign-up sheets at Meet the Team or contact Susan Bennett or Debbie Seiler ([email protected]).
Setup: 2:00-3:00 p.m. Set up tents, tables, finish line, garbage cans, bathrooms, press box, and course maps.
Concessions Setup: 3:00 p.m. Begin making popcorn, stocking supplies.
Bake Sale: Organize tent, man bake sale booth, price items, make signs, send out parent reminders.
T-Shirts
Concessions: Parents handle money while athletes help with food.
Traffic: Authoritative volunteers needed! Need to be able to stop traffic for the runners' safety and make sure cars stop to pay for parking.
Finish Line: Guide runners through the chute to chip removal and awards, guide and comfort injured/sick runners to the parents/trainers/coaches.
Cleanup: Pick up garbage, collect items left behind, put away tables and tents, clean up course.
We also need families to contribute bakery items for the bake sale and side items for the coaches. This is our team's biggest fundraiser of the year so we thank you in advance for your time!
